​Below are construction sheets of the Construction Plan, an RCP, and a Power and Teldata Plan, of an office building. For the Construction Plan, I used the program Revit to properly construct and annotate what a basic plan would look like. In the Reflected Ceiling Plan, I was tasked to include lighting arrangements, HVAC supply and returns, sprinkler heads, and smoke detectors. All of the arrangements were designed with specific requirements and code restrictions making this RCP an accurate plan that could very well be followed in order to create a ceiling system. Lastly, in the Power and Teldata plan, the furniture plan is applied as an overlay, giving context to where the power outlets are located.
